As teams are about to shift from out of conference games to a conference slate, Joel Klatt ranked the top eight teams in each power conference.

Only three points separate the top two teams in this week’s Big 12 Power Rankings. Utah remained No. 1 for the third consecutive week, receiving eight of a possible 16 first-place votes from a panel of media that regularly covers the Big 12.

There’s a shake-up at the top of the power rankings for the first time this season, while a key matchup among contenders highlights Week 4.
