You should go here just to see the outside of the building which was modeled after a Dutch building. The museum is free but donations are appreciated. The docents on both floors were very knowledge… Full review by delawarevisitor2018

Small museum, it was cool if you like history. It’s free to enter and there is free parking in the back for two spots. If you’re in the area doesn’t hurt to take 20 minutes to check it out. Full review by MichaelTQ92

The volunteer was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We had an enjoyable hour or so visit as part of our tour of Lewes. Full review by robinl727

You can get to the first floor of the building okay, but the second floor you have to climb a staircase, and there did not appear to be any other access to get up there. Parking is anywhere you can find a spot in town and it is metered. I copied this for you from their website: Contact Information Phone: (302) 645-1148 Bridget Warner, Site Supervisor Hours of Operation April 1 through October 31 Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Sunday, 1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. November 1 through March 31 Wednesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Closed on state holidays with the exception of Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Hours subject to change. Admission Free and open to the public. Donations are accepted. Parking Street parking in downtown Lewes. Disabled Access The first floor of the museum is accessible to people with disabilities.
